Crafting Quality Projects
Our Expertise
Ryan O’Donohue founded ODUC Construction Group after nearly two decades of hands-on experience managing and building projects across municipal, commercial, civil, and specialized facilities. His path into construction was built from the field up — leading crews, coordinating trades, solving site challenges in real time, and delivering projects where execution and accountability mattered.
Over the past 17+ years, Ryan has held leadership roles as a Site Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Company President, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects from site preparation through final turnover. His project experience includes Department of Public Works facilities, community centers, municipal buildings, veterinary clinics, medical and behavioral health facilities, office buildouts, and professional spaces — many involving complex coordination, regulatory oversight, and occupied environments.
Ryan’s management approach is rooted in field discipline and proactive coordination. He is known for tight scheduling, detailed documentation, strong subcontractor management, and clear communication with owners, engineers, and inspectors. His background includes deep technical knowledge across structural, MEP, civil utilities, and specialty systems, allowing him to anticipate issues early and keep projects moving efficiently.
He holds a Certificate in Construction Management from Columbia University and maintains OSHA 30 certification. His project controls experience includes scheduling, quality assurance, safety compliance, RFI and submittal management, and digital construction platforms including Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, and Autodesk tools.
ODUC Construction Group reflects Ryan’s core philosophy: build it right, manage it tightly, and stand behind the work.
